virtual Lessons now available
Raz now offers online virtual lessons for students unable to visit his studios in person.
PAYMENT POLICY
All private lessons must be paid for in advance through RazKennedy.com
You must issue a pre-payment to make an official reservation.
After you have submitted the pre-payment for your lesson, you must arrange the appointment date and time with Terey.
After we have processed your payment, you will receive an e-mail reconfirming the lesson date and time.
.We do not accept any forms of payment at the lesson site.
WHAT TO BRING
A recording device (dictaphone, digital recorder, smart phone app, etc.) to document the session.
An audio file of the material you'd like to work on (CD, smart phone, MP3 player).
A lead sheet in your desired key is appreciated, but not necessary.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a private lesson, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. If possible, we prefer to be notified as soon as you know of a change in your plans.
Please send a message to lauren@razkennedy.com to reschedule your lesson. Your previous pre-payment will be carried over to your new lesson time.
We reserve the right to charge for appointments cancelled or broken without 24 hours advance notice.
In the event that Raz has an emergency and needs to cancel your scheduled appointment, you have two options to select from . . .
Choose a reschedule date and carry over the pre-payment to a new lesson time.
Receive a full refund back to the account or card you issued payment from.
If you do not show up for your lesson and fail to explain your absence, you forfeit your pre-payment for that lesson. If you have pre-purchased a set of lessons, this charge will apply exclusively for your missed appointment and does not impact your future lessons.
